Missing Luxuries

Hi folks ... I hate a first post in the tech forum, but whaddya do? I have several luxuries that just outright disappeared from my cities when I logged in this morning: Ivory and Fur, at least. I have camps on both of them, and railroads connecting 'em, but they just don't show up.

Has anyone else seen this? All the sudden my cities are in riot mode.

I did a little more digging: Ivory and Fur flat disappeared. I even connected another source of Ivory via road (to see if railroads were doing something to camps) and got nowhere. All other resources seem to be going normally. Help?

A few of the resources go obsolete in the late industrial age. Furs stop working when you invent plastics, ivory goes obsolete with industrialism, whales become obsolete with combustion.
