Missing UI?

Ok, whenever I try to start up a game in RoM I lack a UI no matter what options I choose. In fact I cannot use the options menu via the main screen or the during-game menu. More so alt-ctrl-o (bug mod, right?) does not work and when I enter world builder all I get is a lonely slip of a tab which reads 'World Builder' at the top and a small blank box sits underneath it.

Help?

I have only two addons installed, Jooyo's Graphic and Gameplay packs. I am running 2.6.

So absolutely none of the 40-odd people who have looked at this thread have any answers? My problems are that unique?

It isn't that we don't know its that the question gets asked so many times it annoying. Further more the solution can vary, read through the other threads and you'll find those various solutions. But at the minimum turn on python exceptions and wade though the exception messages to find out which line of what python file is complaining.
