[mod] TOTAL REALISM 2.0

Hi,
just don't know if you are already aware of the issue, so, in doubt, i raise it here.
Having just finished a very good game with Total Realism 2.0.?, i was about to start a new one after an upgrade.

And... When switching the languages to french, it totally screws up the interface (the menu one, and almost everywhere in the game). I don't know if the same problem occurs for other languages, but that seems to be a small regression since previous version i played.

Hopefully, i will survive since i can still play in english ;)

yes, this occurs for all other languages, don't know why yet (all time we are working on CTD problem)

I hear ya, straight and to the point. :cry: Just be thankful that you are probably using a newer version of Windows (I am assuming XP); in Windows 95 you would probably not only get a CTD but also a BSOD (Blue Screen OF Death). Meaning that an errant program just crashed Windows.....and then you most likely have a ....."Houston we have a problem" kind of issue.

Hehe. Yeah, I know the BSOD well. I then have to give the computer the "three-fingered salute". :goodjob:
 
Yep, I remember the Win95, Win3.1 days ... though I usually did a 4 finger salute... 3 on one hand, 1 on the other :P
 
Im a bit confused- I see set up 3.1 and set up 2.1/ both 58 megs and 2.13 6 megs/

is the 3.1 set up an updated 2.1 set -up and then jkust patch with 2.13?
or do you install 2.1, then 3.1 then 2.13?

I got lost somewhere down the line :P
 
after instaling the CTD patch the game wont run for me ? i get a ctd when it tries to initilize xml ? what was the solustion for this one :) ?

i think the most recent patch, includes all the other patches within them;)

i have the same problem! after the patch the game wont start and i get a ctd :sad:
