I was too ambitious with SUPERNES - I'll be closing it soon unless at least 5 more players join, which is not very likely. 
Obviously we don't have 18 NESers... or, not all of them available at the same time.
But I AM going to put roleplaying elements in my next NES, which will be very small, 6 or 8 players. These would include royal marriages, different provinces having different values, trade, luxury, etc. So, it won't be as RISK-like as the other NESes.
