And for the improvements I cannot deny that the fundamental thing for me is the graphics. I love, for example, the Fairline units, and as in this case, if there are more I try to include them in the scenario (in the case of the last units he included them in the Units graph, which I interpreted as a request for improvement, and from there I tried to include them in the scenario or as it was in this example: https://forums.civfanatics.com/threads/modified-scenarios-workshop.410838/post-15633192 ) ... in other cases, since they are "barbarians", a good part could be more complex to use, but if you think of them I will surely include improvements.
I totally I agree with you, I also love graphics and unit varieties!
I actually have a plan to extend the unit list of Carolus Invictissimus, in order to include a set of elite or "tier II' units. I have heard that ToTTP increased the units limit from 80 to 127, if that's correct I can have room of up to 40+ new units.
I'll probably do the plan sometime after you release your "fix" version of the scenario, any idea or request are also welcome.

As soon as Thorvald answers me, I will start with the changes and if many transformations are not necessary, I hope to add the scenario with the changes in a short time. And without a doubt a conversion with many more units and possibilities to ToTPP and why not with LUA will be welcome for this community of Civ-2 followers. Good luck with this project Zwei.

Great contribution Thorvard . Your solution is perfect , but I have the doubt why it is necessary to preserve the 200th as threshold and add 434 turns instead of the 146 for the date autu 1556. If it is so necessary, perhaps it is better to pass the periods from month to month and not every three months, to try to adapt better to the historical period, which would force events to be changed to adapt to the new dates.
I ran it off the numbers given: 17080 - 16646 = 434. Double-checking in-game, since Starting Year isn't set, the turn increment is ignored and progresses per month (which, since they're labelled by season, obfuscates the actual date: 16647–9 "Autu 1520", 16650–2 "Wint 1520", &c). So 434 monthly ends "Autu 1556" (technically Month 8, Aug). I haven't played this scenario myself so I don't know if it's intended as a long haul; I leave that judgment call to the veterans.

Note that if you want to use the superdeluxe unit and tech limits, you'll need this: the required save extensions interfere with the original wonder popups.

Very intelligent operation @Thorvald of Lym , but the result would then have to be divided by 3 because the game marks a quarterly progress so we reach more or less the same conclusion. For me you are already a veteran and your opinions are always very useful . I include the scenario with the improvements. Saludos
Here is my first release of Extended Carolus Invictissimus Scenario. As I said before, the major purpose of this project is to extend the unit list and add new arts into Carolus Invictissimus. You can download the file in attachment section of this post.

Great contribution Zwei, I love the changes and I think it greatly improves the appearance and historical development of the original scenario. I think it would be good if you included it in downloads and I would like to relate the ToT conversion with your ToT+ extension. And in this I always have a doubt. This and other scenarios gave importance to a "trick" of FW that by including an ambassador in a "barbarian" city, the units of that country were allowed to pass through it (which allowed generating historical "alliances" with certain cities that maintain their "independence"). That option is completely disabled in ToT. Is it possible to include that possibility in your upgrade?
Yesterday with the changes in Carolus I thought that the defenses made by @Fairline for @CurtSibling 's cities would look very good in another of my fetish scenarios: Frederick the Great by @techumseh . By the way I changed the flags. I think the change is cool and I will add it soon. The scenario hooked me as always and I'm playing it... Totally recommended:

Thanks for your kind words. I will upload it to the Resource Download section after I think the scenario is in a polished enough status, probably after a few more days.

That fix, at least as written, will only work in the "original" game. It uses Lua events, which replace the standard "macro" events. That particular fix was based on the fact that the "original" game doesn't have any events. (Well, I guess as part of TOT, it gained one event to end the game after a few future techs.)
I could add the wonder reporting to the Lua Template if anyone cares about it, and the Lua Template can use the legacy events.
I believe that we have one of the people who can know the most if that is possible, for example in LUA, as it seems to me to be @Prof. Garfield. Is it possible in LUA to allow units from one civilization to pass through the cities of another Prof.?

That's not possible as far as I know, unless you want to use Lua to change the ownership of the city temporarily.
For this particular application, I'd recommend giving the "allied" cities to the main tribe, but use onCalculateCityYield to make it so they don't produce any shields or trade. Or, maybe, onCanBuild to limit allowed options in the city production menu.
Thanks Prof. Garfield for the information. For some time now, I have been trying to pass through "allied" cities, as happens in this scenario. If there are no units from the "allied" city, the conquest occurs if it is not a true ally, and if that is the case, they only heal the unit. It seems complicated to solve. All the best

I have discovered that @Blake00 recovered the MGE scenario and I saw that at least he included a title that I think is pretty cool, so I will include it in the ToT version.
