traits: generous (give gift to the human player) and peacefull (never go to war, nobody can declare war to him, especially on December 25th)
UU: elf worker (regular worker that finish everything before 25th of december)
Flag: a green christmas tree on a red background

New Units and UU

The (true) poland UU
Gdansk worker: don't work if under nationalism civics and/or Police state

French UU:
French politician: missionary who try to prevent you from declaring war on Iraq, fail to it

Swiss UU:
Bank director: merchant specialist that produce 350% more gold than a regular one, no player can break this secret.

New buildings:

the Pitboss server: half of your population stop working,
playing MP civ4

The SDK: the other half stop working, modding civ4

New Religion

the holy church of Elvis presley: the wonder of this religion is build by a great artist (not by a great prophet)

I think the french civ trait should be that if you have more farms than you have cities, you cant trade food resources from other civs, or farmers will block your capital, and your entire empire ceases to function for the duration of the trade deal!
