From now on, it's 10 turns each.
1800 BC (1) - Switched research to writing. Declared war.
Killed archer. found missing archer in the north. He's wounded. I'll be the hyena
1760 BC (2) - chariot is complete. Training another one. Only 1 hammer missing for it to complete in 1 turn instead of 2, so I switched working the fish to a hill.
Promoted the victorious chariot and attacked the 2nd archer.
We captured a worker (previously known as a Zulu settler)
Our chariot in the north killed the archer there.
Shaka's 2nd city is umgund... ummm...
uMgundugu... <ahm> <ahm>

uMgungundlovu (that was hard!). And you were right, it has 2 archers.
Started moving the settler with a chariot as an escort. Once we have copper we can rule the world! I think (I'll check with the civilopedia). Also dropped research to 90% because of 0 gold and -1 gpt situation.
1720 BC (3) - Shaka sent a garrison I archer from his capital to get us. We are positioned to take the hit.
1680 BC (4) - The Zulu archer got cold feet and retreated. Advancing our troops. Started chopping a forest with our veteran worker and his new friend. The settler is waiting with a chariot for just the right moment to break through and build us a new city. Research is now at 80% (unit supply).
1640 BC (5) - Chopped the forest. Another chariot is just 1 turn away. We have 3 chariots next to uMgungundlovu (just copy paste this time...

), just have to move them so they won't have to cross river to attack. I think I'll wait for a 4th chariot, since attack chances are not super (22% with combat I).
1600 BC (6) - Research at 70%. Chariot is done, starting on... chariot!
1560 BC (7) - Met Roosevelt. I guess there shall be peace in our time.
Damn! Shaka has now 3 archers in his 2nd city. I still think I should have waited, and soon we'll have 5 there and then attack. Done chopping another forest and completed another chariot.
1520 BC (8) - Shaka advanced his archer again. Research is at 60%. Switched working tiles in Seoul to hammers to complete chariot in 1 turn and since we are at max happy size anyway. A little starvation has never hurt anybody, right?
We have 5 chariots ready to attack next turn.
1480 BC (9) - Judaism FIDL. Another chariot is complete. And now - to battle:
1st Chariot attacks archer at 22% - and won! A true hero!

2nd chariot has died, but not before wounding another archer.
3rd chariot attacks at 28% - the new archer is not so well fortified: And loses.
4th chariot slays the not-so-wounded archer.
5th chariot razes the city. We got 48 gold.
Going back up to 100% research for some deficit researching.
1440 BC (10) - Settler is in position to found the city next turn, protected by 2 chariots.
Since it's my last turn, I have left a few chariots unmoved. The chariots from the city raze are wounded, and all 3 of them can be promoted.
I have just noticed the warrior on the far end of the continent. Why was he asleep all this time? He can be moved as well.
Writing is up in 1 turn, and so is the next chariot in Seoul. I think it can be the last one. We have enough to take Shaka's capital. I didn't explore it yet, so we might want to do that first before deciding if we have enough.
Note that our 2 workers are outside our borders (finished a road and can move now). They are protected by 1 chariot, and they have a Zulu archer next to them.
Seoul is no longer at max happiness, since the whipping angry face has worn off.
I leave it as it is, but the working tiles should probably be changed now. And we can whip a lighthouse or something later.
Area map (X is where the settler waits to build a city):
And a closer look at the units:
We're way behind in this game... But I have much faith!
So as the old Chinese proverb says: Build a city, take out Shaka, rule the world!
