OK, whatever..... like I said, I don't understand the editor..... but its weird, because whenever I play a game everybody goes to democracy even if it's their shunned gov't..... getting back on topic....

No one else likes staying in Despotism?

Actually, even switching to Monarchy should be carefully timed. We will lose our high number of military support and gain an advantage in the corruption %. It is not always favourable, especially if no towns have become cities yet.
