Do you realize how gloomy this gets, Chusky?
You have disability benefits, a thing that I would not wish on anybody because it means you have a disability.
Then your dad apparently mismanages it and you do not get what you should... That's sad, but coulg get even worse if your dad did it on purpose.
Then you're an adult, over 18, but somehow you can not open a bank account because YOU HAVE NO ID ?!?! How can you have no ID?
And how severe is your disability, could you live by yourself?
