I'm pretty sure the rules were set before Pounder took over the commitment. They've certainly been around for years. They are fair & have been applied equally to all.

I will accept it for October, because the thread was posted when it was already October in: New Zealand , Austraila, Japan, Phillipines, Korea, China, India .... right up to the Ukraine.

I have to go with a 12 hours either side of GMT since we are global.

Wouldn't it be great to get a rush of LH's before the year was up, maybe have a couple competitions (wishful thinking).
