More New Styles

Hi. I like the fact that we can now choose various styles for how we want CFC to look. I suggest even more options (if possible), a simple but sleek silver and black would get my vote or red and black or dark green and gray.

In the meantime, much appreciation for all the features this site already has!

Until 3.0... Once we upgrade the board to 3.0, I think all the current styles will become obsolete.

You are posting on a board, a V Bullitin board I believe. Adn they introduce new versions occasionally and 3.0 is the next version.

Have a look through site feedback. There was a thread somewhere about the new features, and even a link to a "test" site, where you could go and spam completely unmoderated.....

Why? Incompatible with the current version of this board?

If we're adding a new style, I'm still hanging on to a slim chance that Yellow Green will be added back on... for some reason, I think that it will not happen...

Well, vB 3.0 will have lots of features (i.e. Quick Reply and even little things like bottom chains) built in, so we are going to use the new default design as the template for all the new styles.

From what I heard 3.0's design is alot nicer than the current 2.x design, so I don't think you need to worry about the styles at all.

A beta version of 3.0 was supposed to come out today, but got delayed. My guess is it should be available in a week or two...

Upgrading the forum should not affect avatars, signatures, and postcounts...

IIRC, the beta ver will be out around Christmas supposedly.

Yes, we will. Otherwise, we'll be seeing lots of whining and moanings...
