Yes, you have some sort of error there, good luck finding out what's causing it. It's not unusual for the .bic/bix file to become corrupted if you mess with it.
A piece of advice, don't do everything all at once. Make a few changes then test it to see if it works first. If it does, use it as a basis for a whole new file; like Version Two or some such thing, then do it all over again with some additional changes. That way if something screws up along the line, you can always back track to a previous version, and it makes it much easier to troubleshoot the cause if you run into a problem.
The last time I redid my mod, after running into problems like yours, I had maybe a dozen versions available, at various stages of development. It saved me alot of headaches in the end.
