Most Hated Civ?

Am I the only one who hates seeing the Persians next door? I swear, they always declare the second they get Iron, and then they get a GA, and then they send tons of Immortals toward my cities. Even later in the game, they can kick butt.

Now, being Persia is another story...

I hate arabia!!!

Definetly the Celts are at the very top of my list - ..they are so freakin annoying!! Like every time I end up next to them they get me into an early war where I lose a lot of my critical units so my future wars get delayed. Also like one time they were on a very large continent with India which I don't like very much either and went to war with each other ruining my trade rep with like 4 civs. I literally had to gift techs (not being able to trade), gold, resourses (you name it) to either civ one time or another throughout the entire game just to prevent one from getting their butt kicked. This waste of my income only ended when I finally got nukes to paint both of them orange.

Oh and I've also seen Sumeria mentioned and can understand why...Yes they get very big and get scary not annoying...scary!

If you're not the Mayans, well, your screwed pretty much.

The Vikings are also a threat as an AI, being so aggressive and having a UU with an atk of 6 in the early medieval era.

I keep running into Korea, and in my games they usually end up being a runaway that owns half the world. They usually have huge metros and tons of tanks. I have 2 games waiting for me to go modern warfare with them as the last opponent left. Whenever I get the guts, the time, and the urge.

I hate so many, it's hard to pick. I'd say: The AI civs. If it's an AI, I hate them.

I actually like being next to the Zulu and Aztecs: they make good allies.

Wow. These are two of the civs I trust the least.

The last time someone beelined for me though, it was Abe Lincoln.

Its a tough choice, but I'd guess I'd have to pick Iriquios. Iriquois. Iriqouis.

I have had Abe be less than honourable on several occasions. I usually try to take them out early if I can.

Funny how an AI civ will act like a snake and all the other AI's love them. You make one mistake and your trade rep is hosed forever.

Apparently I got a random number generater that's out to get me as in my current game I managed to randomly get AI's Germany, Zulu, Sumeria, America (and Spain).

The Zulu, Spanish and the Celts. They almost always declare war on me early in the game.

Do others find that Germany is either a powerhouse or a complete wussy little nothing? I used to hate (read fear) to be near Germany but now they are more of a joke in most games. (Vanilla)

Whenever I'm the celts, no matter what happens i'm next to the maya and inca. I make it first priority to sacrifice them to there own gods.

I swear that the Maya and the Inca have a program in them that makes the AI smarter when using them. They are so annoying, especially since the human can't use them well.

The highest score in HOF is with the Mayans. :)

I don't really care. The big big big biggest sucky thing in Civ is that the civilizations are all the same. There is no difference in how they play or think.

But because of the Units and advantages I think it's any militaristic and agricultural civ because they get a clear advantage then. The religious anti revolution perk doesn't help the AI much at the levels I play, nor does commerce. (Demi God)

Best unit=Numidian Mercenary.

No one has said the French? those Cheese-Eating-Surrender-Monkeys always seem to get me tied up in their wars then back out.

Also I find England a little back stabbing and to be quite frank: Snobby
