What movie, do you think, has the best twist at the end? I say The Usual Suspects...

Right on. It's among the best movies that I've seen because of that ending.

Not the best, but Fight Club was quite surprsising...

Sixth Sense, The Usual Suspects, Fight Club all come to mind. I know some people who figure out the twist early on but I was quite surprised. The Usual Suspects was probably the best of the three.

'Usual Suspects and 'Fight Club' are great choices, I especially liked Fight Club as it's the only film that made me want to see the whole film over again. Great film.

Meanwhile, I shall not endorse M. Night Shyamalan film twists except 'Sixth Sense'. I find them enjoyable, but by now the whole 'i must have twist at end of film' thing is a bit annoying. I'd find it more surprising if his next film didn't have a twist...shocking!

'Gosford Park' had a fantastic twist. I'd put that top, if I had to.

Other ones were of course yes, Sixth Sense and The Others had a similar twist. Usual Suspects was very good also.

The Sixth Sense I was kinda like "Oh ok, so I guess he really was dead." But the end of the Usual Suspects, I was like "Holy crap!! WTH!!??!" :goodjob:

Swordfish has an okay twist. It's not all at once, though. They allow you realize more and more as it goes on. Not like the Usual Suspects, which is very confusing.

Haha! I knew there would be at least one obscure one (well they are remaking so it isn't going to be anymore) - "Willy Wonka and The Chocolate Factory" was a briliant twist! :king:

The Village's twist was completly unexpected but it also made the movie completly lame. it reminded me of the book Running Out of Time

I concur with Usual Suspects and Sixth Sense.

On the funny side, I just saw Knots which had some very funny, albeit predictable, twists.

Psycho, of course every knows it now, but its still great

Totally agree. I went to see that movie hoping for some sort of mild horror set in a 19th century village. It was looking good, but the second ahlf of the film (leading to te twist) was lame.
I vote for unbreakable, fight club and twelve monkeys. Havent seen 6th sense, but i might rent it sometime. Unbreakable is a great film, with a good ending. Fight club = uberness. Twleve monkeys i like but alot of people i know dont. A great ending though, how it unravels.

Actually I haven't seen Psycho yet... (they never have it at Blockbuster)

I actually figured out the twist just as I started up the movie. It was a bit of a random guess but I had gotten so used to Mr. Night's movies by then. Sixth Sense caught me more by surprise.
