Moving EXE File Creates shortcut!

I really don't know what I changed, but recently, I've noticed dragging and dropping an EXE file into another folder only creates shortcut, which drives me nuts because I organize all my installers in the Downloads folder. So I have to right click and drag.

Anybody know how to change this? Sometimes I think I'm such a geek, and then can't figure out a simple thing like this.

Well, it used to be when dragging the file it, it would move the EXE. I figured I must have changed something inadvertly, but can't figure out what.

you need to use cut and paste instead of drag and drop because the people who program at microsucks are stupid as hell
