I can't connect but still have 3.13 so is that why. I have a bit of a problem re updating because i'm also playing BTS PBEM's and I'm not sure what the story is regarding updating with a PBEM!?

I came home to find that the server had quit.
Reloaded, classical hero needs to retake the turn.
I was planning on patching at the end of this turn. If anybody has patch problems let me know.

Can I just check again do you HAVE to patch? That may affect a few games so i'm not keen to do it!

OK, since this guy patched we all need to do so to finish the turn. I have a bit of a problem patching now due to other pitboss games I'm involved in. Consequently, I'll take this game down until we are all patched.

Well i can't patch due to other BTS PBEM's i've been playing for a while longer than this game so if it's necessary you can retire me or ai me or whatever it's called

What you need to do is have a dual install for this. So basically all you need to do is make a second copy of BTS and that will be patched to 3.13 and then you can patch your "normal" pathway which will only get patched leaving two different versions, until someone patch the game to the new patch, which does require a dual install anyway.

Thanks for the suggestion CH but too much work involved and the last time I patched BTS it also screwed up the Vanilla C4 I'm playing I'm happy for Zeitkugel to take over from me. I'll send him my password. Good luck guys.

That change pissed lots of people since it was not announced and it took people by surprise. But doing what I said is extremely simple.
