I guess we never formally adopted a rule; but asking that the turn order be respected then attacking on a double move is pretty lame.

If you must know you can check the in-game data to see who I'm at war at. My purpose for the post was not to lay blame so much as to have us formally adopt a rule.

You might need to repost the rule, you propose we adopt.
He is the host so he pretty much decides any rules 
. Although a reload every time someone double move seems like a fine idea... Other options is that people have to wait a set number of hours before they can log in(so they don't miss their turn).

Why are you posting here Oyzar are you playing in this game?
I have a feeling quite a number of nations are played by more than one people, judging by the constantly changing nicks in-game. Basically I have nothing against it (as long as politics have some consistency), but would be civil to inform about it in here.

Well I noticed some changes from time to time but I assumed they were subs. no problem with that.

Ah but you are thinking some civs operate like a demo game.
Coincidentally, I am in a democracy game and often play the turn there and forget to switch the name back.
So there you have 3 explanations.

yup, not sure I've done it in _this_ game yet, but I've subbed for someone and not changed my name to theirs, or spelled their name wrong, or then forgot to change it back to my own nick in a different game..
And some players are in RP games, where they have a different name than what they use for their other games, meaning they have to remember to switch handles every login..
The last few days were the Labor Day weekend (USA holiday). There was a whole lot more substituting than normal going on.
Subs are far less of a problem than civ handoffs. Regime changes are often brutal.

I've picked up some spyware. The server will be down shortly after the turn roll-over.

The spyware cut off my connection. I had to reload from prior. Indiansmoke has about 1 1/2 hours to play 550BC.

dunno the brand, but it has a voice popup telling me that I'm a winner of a prize and it drops any running program.

War in Europe was hard and lasted 3.500 years!!! There can be no real winners in long wars... I have paid the price as well....CU in next game Zeitkugel
