England has 7 cities in addition to their capital. They have Writing, Horseback Riding, and Construction. They don't give in to extortion, so we renegotiate peace. They don't like that idea either, so we're at war.

Step to mountains in north to see where Russia might be, and find Mayan Settler/Spearman instead. They have 10 cities total, are equal in tech with England, won't give us writing, and aren't interested in continued peace.
Pisae founded >> Catapult
I switched Rome and Cumae to settlers this turn. Rome could build the legionary instead, but Cumae should stay on settler. I fortified the spearman and three archers west of Berlin. The English city to the west is on a hill, so I don't think we should throw archers at it right away. Hastings is also on hills. Legionaries and catapults are heading there. This IT: Wines connected, another AC in Rome, and we become a Monarchy.
