Changes:

New Units like the fixed infantary and fixed gun
Foot soliders have been made more useful by making all armored and artillery units wheeled
Units have been renamed like Modern Armor is now Main Battle Tank and Radar Artillery is noe Mobile Rocket Launcher
No anicent units can be built for a more realistic game
More units have been placed on the map to represent current conflincts
Barbarians are now terroists and build Gurellias
Cruise Missle has been made more powerful with greater range and can take out units with one hit
Carrying capacity of Nuclear Sub, Transport Helicopter, and Aircraft Carrier has all been increased.
Mech Infantary is no longer with the Foot Solider line and instead is a armor unit which can transport foot soliders
Infantary upgrades to TOW Infantary
Attack power of Infantary, Rifleman, Marines and Paratroopers increased
Cost of TOW has been decreased and it now requries aluminum and rubber

There are some other changes but they slip my mind at the moment

I have never downloaded anything successfully here. I realize 99% of the posters know the routine in their sleep but can you point me to a detailed list of instructions which doesn't assume you've done this before -- correctly -- and know which folders to assign which files to.

In return, I promise to tell you how I screwed it up.

I played this scenario as the Central Americans. I couldn't build settlers, roads or railways for some reason. Plus the game crashed after turn 1 (not sure why)

The worst thing is that in the game my country is called 'England' and not Britain or the United Kingdom (which is a bit like calling the US 'Texas') :lol:

A new immobile unit settler blocker for Russia and Canada placed so now only they can settle the north

You mean your'e workers could'nt build roads or rails? Did you have the right resourses for rails?
Are you sure it crashed? because this is a big scenario with lots of civs and units added it.

I DL'ed it yesterday but the long loading time didn't allow me to send in a respons. I played as Chine (hehe) and had a blast. The computers turns take forever! grah. That and the "terrorists" leave the game after about 2 or 3 turns anyways and thus suggest you just scrap them. They're a wate of loading time. Also, the Falkand Islands belong to the United Kingdom, not the EU. The city on New Celedonia should be renamed Noumèa. Taiwan is Chinese and South Korea should just be given to the United States. Ascension is also a United Kingdom island, not EU. The one island, Palawan next tothe Phillipenes should have the units taken off it (to me, it's a waste) and put a city in the middle called Puerto Princess.

Eh, that's all I have to suggest right now, I'll give ya' my suggestions as I play more. I'm going to give Brazil a shot.
 
take this with two grains of salt. Five you notice after the first turn:

1) Britain is misspelled.
2) Agree with Moby that terrorists are a non-factor if the US player decides to go after them. You need to make them invisible units or very fast or super-strong defensively (reflecting their survivability).
3) In a anti-terror war, shouldn't the US and Israel start in a locked alliance? The US and Britain?
4) If it's not really an anti-terror war, shouldn't the US and Canada at least get an easy MPP to start? We can get one only by giving the Canadians oil, which is a strange possibility on its own.
5) Some of the country groupings lack the ironclad tech, which is very unlikely and probably just an oversight.
 
Ok I've fixed many of this I've made Gurellias treat all terrain as road and they have stealth. I did'nt want to make any locked alliances because I wnated to have Canada conquer the US if it wants. I've also given the proper cities to Britian and spelled it correctly this time. BTW Taipei was part of the Pacific Defense Pact not China and South Korea is it's own country.
 
That seems really great. I took the African Union and make lot of infantry man. When i discover the TOW infantry, my military was very powerful. That was a good and realistic idea of making the TOW infantry in the same tech path that the infantry.

I wouldn't mind calling it Texas! :lol: :lol:
 
I looked at this in the editor, and saw that there were locked alliances, but no one in the alliances. What's going on? And also, stealth only works for air units. For land units, you need to check invisibility.

I just dled this and im gonna start playing but.....i noticed alot of contries have there capitals but not canada!!
 
Version 2.0 up!

Bugs have been fixed and a new nation the Eastern European Confedration has been added.
