Because i'm tired of being wiped out by war carts, my whole navy one shooted by brazil my "peaceful" neighbour, overwhelmed by light cavalry carpet of doom of Scythia, etc.
Incidentally, it would be good to buff walls, because they can't stand 4 swordmen early which is ridiculous when i have only one horse and/or only one iron. (vanilla)
That makes that whole damn game to suck beyond stars in multiplayer. 'nough said.
