When we have multiple choice polls don't you think we should see not only the total votes but the total voters? It would provide very valuable statistical data and allow you to see if many people are picking only one or two or a few are picking a bunch.

Good idea. Or maybe have a "vote history" where you see the list of all the votes. Although for privacy it wouldn't show the voters' names. I think this would be pretty useful, although I don't know if there would be an easy way of doing this.

Yeah, I, erm, agree with TF :D

Could be quite useful especially in the democracy games which you can all join. ;)

vB people said the total votes number shows the number of people who voted in the poll, so there is no need to fix it. :)

But what about my "vote history" idea? Showing the total number of people that voted still doesn't give you a good idea of what the votes were, it just gives you some extra help in forming a hypothesis of what they were.

But there should be the sum of all votes. In a 20-option poll we have to sum 20 numbers to know all the info mentioned by perfection...

The sum of all votes doesn't make sense for a multiple choice poll. Only the number of people who voted does...

willj: The vote history feature is available but only to the admins. ;)

I realised that one or two days ago when I saw it on the bottom of a poll I had just voted on
