We offer this treaty to the UoC to Normalize relations between the UoC and the EoC:

1) The Empire of China will recognize the Union of China as a Chinese State. The Union of China will recognize the Empire of China as a Chinese State.

2) A 5 turns NAP will be signed between the two nations.
