Annnd the European War shall begin. 
The Humane Initiative for Territorial Sovereignity and the Global Defense of Peace, or the HITSGDP, has declared its existence to the world. Formed by concerned states at the increasing numbers of wars, member states are obligated to declare embargoes on states declared to be a threat to world peace; the organisation’s obligatory requirement and more direct approach are seen as an alternative route to the ineffective, worthless Union of Nations.

-Malay. They have occupied Vietnam and deprived its people of self-determination.
-Aden. Ruthlessly aggressive, Aden has placed countless regions under occupation or enserfed them via client arrangements.
-Blood Empire. The Blood Empire has engaged in mass murder in Namibia and continues to occupy its people in a brutal war of conquest.
-Russia. Russia has shattered the peace of Europe and betrayed its word with Poland. It has been careless with the lives of civilians, and with its large army and the recent string of coups across the region, it is apparent Russia intends to dominate Europe.

Japan applauds the initiative of these relatively minor actors into forming a more compact block through which exert their influence more effectively, and is greatly pleased to see that it pledges to take a brave anti-war stance.
To show our complicity and as a display of sympathy and good will, as well as of human justice, Japan henceforth stops all direct trade with the multiple nations blacklisted by the Initiative. We will life the embargoes once the behaviour of the affected nations is corrected that is:
-Namibia will sign peace with Mozambique and renounce to militarily pursue its goals in the region.
-The Blood Empire retires from Namibia and issues a formal apology for the massacres.

-Aden frees its countless occupied regions and nations.
-Russia returns all Polish land and all land disputed with Poland at the beginning of the war, and pays reparations for all of the damage that has been done, as well as the trial of military commanders for war crimes and a reduction of its military capabilities, seeing as it cannot be trusted with it.

Are you stupid? Or you do not know history? Here is the story of the war and how bad Namibia was:
1) We client Wuchan but then the Romnesians use their money to client it.
2) They threaten that if we try to give more money, they would take military action against us.
3) Then they tried to client all of our allies.
4) We had enough, and we decided to invade.
5) Despite being outnumbered at least 2 to 1, we won and made peace.
5) Romnesia broke the peace treaty, and with support of almost the entire world and the Spammers, they attacked our armies.
6) Russia send navies to help Romnesia, but then the entire world forgot about this and called us aggressors because the Russians were ''mercenaries''.
7) The blood Empire, while we declared war only to Romnesia, invaded us and killed thousands Namibian civilians.
8) The Blood Vampires commit genocide against our population.
9) Mozambique, our ally, after we had given them our military techs, betrayed us, invaded us and killed our citizens.
10) Then the entire world declares that we are teh aggressors and cries out against Namibian imperialism.
See how bad we are? We are more bad than even the Nazi.

Not to forget that Manx, who were our allies, made peace with Romnesia, and even after their war ended, they did not helped us and we were left to fight a two fronts (now three fronts) war.

We are rather unable to fight now after we lost plenty of land to the Neatherscotts. Hence under the peaceful judgement of the Lord we have became client to the Papal States, meaning we will now only get into conflicts that the Papal States gets into. Our intrest is to be in peace; we are only intrested in trade now, as a way to rebuild outselves.

...have you seen what happened to the Imperium?! We were out gunned by the Neatherscotts and are now trying to heal our wounds! If it were not for the Neatherscotts we would have responded to the breaking of Romney's oath via force. Alas the Neatherscotts made up reconsider by force. I am afraid we have no interest in warring for some time: we need to make ourselves stronger.
In the mean time we have good news: the Manx are no longer in debt!

here is the thing: International law states that the aggressor of a war is the one who originally declared war and invaded the other nation. YOU decided to invade and declared war. Therefor, according to international law, despite Romnesia's actions, you are the aggressors. You started the actual war itself. In fact, your the one who started the chain of events itself as well, as Romney was reacting to events you undertook. Was their actions the right ones? No. But you were the one who started the war proper. You should have gone to the UN and tried to get a UN condemnation of Romney. Instead, you declare war. in Fact, you should have tried to get those nations to rejoin your side and so on. And eventually, Romney would have declared war on you.

I see in Namibia a dictator with absolutely no common sense.
You declared war, when you could have easily handled it diplomatically. You could have moved to get those Minirs back into your sphere until Romney declared war, which would have made you according to international law the defender. but you declared war, which made you by international the aggressor and Romney the defender. and let's not forget the New Zealand Blockade. Just because they had a policy different from you and we're in areas you wanted, you blockade a nation. Nearly starting a war. Heck, NZ had they attacked your fleets would have been viewed as having defended itself. You have already tried to be a imperial power.
Plus, I'm just the public relations head. I'm not the guy in charge of the Foundation itself. I don't even know who is in charge, as I don't have Level 5 clearance. Just level 4. Nor do I have a O5 clearance. Heck, I'm not even informed on what those mean. I don't even know where 99% of our assets are located. Most of them are performing tasks that interrupting would end badly. Very badly. For everyone. And those parts unlike the PR section are much better equipped, expect for D class personal. Granted...they are death row inmates.
