Mutliplayer works right?

Hey just a quick question, love the mod, trying to convince some friends to get together and play a game of it.

Am I right in assuming this is possible, so long as we all have the same version.

And given that its going to be people across several time zones and some with mac's is this going to possible? And is it possible to switch between direct I.P and play by email mode mid game.

Yes, though some OOS' are likely to occur from time to time (they are being squashed as they are found). Playing this mod on a Mac is, however, not possible (no mod that has a modified DLL is usable on the Mac version of BTS).
