My attempt on prince comments needed!

The advantage with screenshots is that it takes a lot less effort for people to answer to you, and therefore it's a lot easier for them to get interested in your game in the first place. If the map looks interesting enough, some players might even shadow your game, and you could make comparisons, but you first need to get them interested enough in order to try out the save. We all understand that a save is more revealing about a game, but... 50% of the game information viewed by 10 people means a lot more to you than 100% of the game information viewed by no one. 
The second point: if you post saves, there might be compatibility issues. I for one am unable to load your save.

Welcome to the forums!
Took a quick look at your save. You are doing alot of things right and are at a winning position. Your city placement is fine. As are your choice of wonders.
However, something I noticed in no particular order:
- Why do you hate cottages?!
You have some nice riverside grassland cities that would love to be cottaged up.
- You have alot of extra trade resources you can exchange for goods with the AI or even gold/turn. On top of that you will get +2 diplo for resource suply after some time.
- You made an arrogant demand on Lizzy, why?
- Don't build research (Bombay is atm), wealth is better.
- Don't build wealth at this moment in the game. Military is better.
- Your army is very weak considering you are at war (4-5 knights). Knights sucks for war and comes at a bad time for war. Gunpowder units own!
- As does siege! Only 1 Treb?
- You are building a coloseum in Agra. A forge gives more happines and a production bonus!
- Delhi: No cottages?? No uni? Usuallly you want a cottaged capital and then run Bureau for crazy science. Add Oxford for crazy combo. You also want an academy in that city...
- This brings me to civics... Vasalage is good if you have a huge army that needs extra xp or your crazy neighboor favours that civic. You have neither. Bureau is almost always superior until you want to start drafting an army with Nationhood. You should be runnnig nathionhood once you get rifling.
There is no reason for you to stay in Conf. Adopt Free Religion and make some friends. Yeah Toku will be pissed, but just draft an army and your fine. If you want to run a religion atleast spread it to all your cities. Your 3 most important cities lack your state religion = no Organised Religion bonuses here!
- You have military tradition qeued next. You are too late for cavalry wars. Go cannons+draft rifles instead.

Thanks for comments Ecori yeah I know i have maybe bit too much farms over cottages cause I tried to go for SE and I think I failed bit, and I thought delhi could be my cash city with 2 religions founded ive been trying to spread but not enough it seems my siege units died and I think I didn't build them enough in the first place anyway, and thanks for the tip about i'm too late for cavarly will change that I can't remeber why i made arrogant demand, and btw this my like third game when i get island full of Protective neighbours i HATE IT, other games were on noble though.

I would be running bureaucracy, that would make you capitol a much more powerful city! You're not getting that much from vassalage.
You are building research in a city that has an unhappy citizen. That guy is eating food and not contributing anything, get rid of him by building a temple. and the city is only making 8 hammers, that's not helping research by much.
Lahore in the NE has a fish that needs a fishing boat.
I would make peace with Korea to stop some unhappiness cause it looks like you are at least ten turns away from getting anymore cities and then by then you can build rifles. You are also at war and not building many more units. I wouldn't fight it half way, I put nearly all my cities towards the war effort.
Oh, and I would disagree about being too late for cavalry. They are slightly more powerful than rifles and faster. In fact I was just using a combo of cav,rifles and cannons in my last war. The cav could get the battle field much faster than my rifles.
