My sister and I got along great until I was 17. I got stupid and I got mean. I was angry at everything, the world seemed to suck, and it either hated me, or the world sucked because it was my fault.
Didnt matter. It was stupid of me, i was just young and angsty. Regardless, I scared my sister alot because of my mood swings. Being on wrong medication can do that to a person. But regardless, My sister never really wanted to be around me, that is until I went off to college. Then she had alot of her own issues (that wound up eventually dwarfing my own), and only after a lot of soul searching on both our parts, did we get to a point where we can be friends again.
Shes one of my best friends today. But I honestly wish I had treated her better. Still, I never hurt her physically.
Has your brother ever hurt you? And what did he do (I fear to ask) to that kitten?

I got 4 brothers, all but one have different father then me. And he is living with me atm. I dont think I've argued as much with any other person in life, nor do I care for many as much as I do for him. And also, we are very different in many ways, and very similar in many other.

my kitty? was burned to death. I tried going after him, I was nine lay off, and ended up with second and third degree burns. That's when I was branded suicidal, and in therapy...also because of the physical abuse I endure from my brother(when I was younger) I was also deemed a liar and a schizophrenic because there was no physical scars on me, (or my bro and ma were always so 'innocent' looking. Because if you act good and just around others deems you righteous and a good hearted person. So, they could never have harmed me in any way)<-sarcasm.... but the reason I can tell you this, I personally don't care if you believe me or not, is because I've learned thus far that in life I will always be wrong, and that the only one going to be hurt is me

You should know that giving your friends your medacine is like giving monkeis naughty food. Remember the sign? "Please dont feed the monkies".
Try to remember that sign. Its useful.

EDIT: Something I have a hard time believing is that your mother is a Hooker, what makes you say that? Is this a statement of value? Or a litteral statement - like the cops are after her. Has she hurt you like your brother has?

I'm not sure what you mean by this; 'it' ('men' treating women poorly?) isn't caused by people trying to be good or bad? sure.
It can't be called good or bad? Then no. But I suspect you were saying the first.
Siblings are a conplicated thing. I suspect most adults would change most of their childhood behavior, but then, that's what separates adults and children, knowing your actions effect others. (well, that and 2-3 feet in height.)
Not to excuse a teenager being mean to a youngster, though. By that time one should be adult enough to want to protect, not harm, little children! (no offense, kitten.) But sibling rivalrys are probably in everyone's past who isn't a single parent.
Oh, and I'm quite proud of my age guessing.

Being the parents favourite isnt easy all the time, I know, because I've felt how it has affected my brother. And since we only had one parent during most of our upbringing it was even harder. I've seen how it affected him during his entire life and I feel guilty.
