Well, I wanted the suspense to build up, but forget it! it's taking too long! So I'll just post the set now.
Pre-Turn (1365 AD):
-Apparently, not everything has been moved. There's a settler on a galleon that I drop off on Tula island (This is what I am naming the island that has Tula and Portland on it)
-workers have some movement points, too, so I can get some RRing done.
-upgrade galley to galleon for 30 gold.
IBT:
-get Industrialization: Set research to Medicine, due in 6 at 70% Science.
-Baltimore: Library->Musket
-Egypt is building Newton's.
Turn 1 (1370 AD):
-Trade Steam Power and 134 gold to Russia for Nationalism.
-Trade Steam Power to England for 52 gold, 4 gpt, WM, and Democracy.
-Trade Steam Power to France for 16 gold, 29 gpt, WM, and Incense.
-Check sceince. I could increase it to 80% without deficit, but that would be a waste as Medicine would still be in 6.
-0 turns left on Peace Treaty with Egypt. I decide to declare war. WW intstantly appears. However, disorder would only be caused in 2 cities, so I just hire some specialists in those cities.
-Upgrade a pair of Muskets to Rifles fo 40 gold.
-Found Pittsburgh and Oakland on Tula island.
-Now, the offensive on Egypt begins! I start with the small, recently founded cities.
@Alexandria:
-Capture a couple of nearby workers.
-Spear retreats Knight.
-Cav kills Spear. (1-0)
-Cav kills LBM, captures Setler, destroys Alexandria. (2-0)
@Heleopolis:
-Pike retreats Knight.
-Knight kills Pike, destroys Heleopolis. (3-0)
-Another Knight captures nearby workers.
@Pi-Ramesses:
-Cav kills Pike. (4-0)
-Cav kills Pike, destroys Pi-Ramesses. (5-0)
@El-Amarna:
-Cav kills Pike, destroys El-Amarna. (6-0)
-I now prepare for what might be some long sieges on big cities (which were actually quite short- I had good RNG luck).
IBT:
-Egyptian Knight kills Spear, captures Whaling Village. (6-1)
-I must have overlooked something- Miami rioted. I give it a taxman.
-Manifest Destiny: Temple->Rifle
-New Orleans: Uni->Rifle
-Russia finishes JS Bachs in Moscow.
-England and France Cascade to Newton's, and France finishes Newton's in Lyons.
-Egypt cascades to Smith's.
-We lose our supply of Furs.
Turn 2 (1375 AD):
-War with Egypt:
@Memphis:

-Upgrade 4 Caravels to Galleons for 80 gold.
IBT:
-Philly riots. Oops. I give it a taxman.
Turn 3 (1380 AD):
@Elephantine:
-Cav kills Pike, destroys Elephantine.(11-3)
@Giza:
-Cav kills Spear. (12-3) Due to my
stupidity lack of attention, I can't attack the city again this turn.
@Thebes:
-This is a hilltop city, so a Pike fortified in it has 6.75 defense- meaning my Cavs don't have much of a chance of taking it down. So, I suicide 3 Cavs to get a good idea of the defense of the city. Each dies, but redlines a Pike. (12-6) Apparently, the defense of the city includes at least 4 Pikes.
-I don't think the people liked that very much- WW rises everywhere. I increase lux to 20% and decrease science to 50%. Later I realize I should have gone to 30% lux, but what's done is done. However, I manage to give the island cities specialaists. However, this would starve Buto and Lisht (not sure if that's good or bad), so I rush Harbors in them- for a total cost of 512 gold.
IBT:
-NY: Cav->Settler
-Philly: Cav->Settler
-Tenochitlan, Steely Dan, Manifest Destiny, Lisht, Dallas, Fro Toe, and Buto tiot. D'oh! I give all but Lisht and Buto entertainment. Why not Lisht and Buto? They completed their harbors, meaning they got lux from the mainland and got happy. Lisht then began construstion of a Library, and Buto started training a sword.
Turn 4 (1385 AD):
@Giza:
-Cav kills Spear, destroys Giza. (13-6)
@Abydos (city on Tula island):
-City was undefended. It is now a pile of rubble.
IBT:
-Seattle: Cav->Settler
-All cities in order.

-Seattle: Settler->Settler
Turn 8 (1405 AD):
@Avaris (Egypt's new capital):
-spear retreats cav without the cav doing any damage at all, WTF? The spear only has 2.7 defense!
@No city:
-Cav kills barb, takes camp (23-11)
-reduce science to 20%, Medicine still in 1.
IBT:
-We get Medicine: Set research to Electricity, due in 11 at 50%.
-Atlanta: Settler->Rifle

-England is broke.
-France will trade 115 gold, 64 gpt, and WM. I take it.
-I now check happiness. Darn, I can't decrease lux- that would put several cities in disorder. However, I can increase science to 70% with the extra cash. Electricity in 8.
IBT:
-oops, I forgot to switch Washington (Smith's completed), so it auto-switches to US. Well, that was what I was going to do anyway, so no loss, and it can still pre-build the TOE.

-Mustang Canal: Aqueduct->Rifle
-SF: Settle->Rifle
-Miami: Rifle->Cav
-Steely Dan: rax->Rifle

Turn 10 (1415 AD):
@Asyut:
-Cav kills Spear. I decide to capture the city, as I can finish off Egypt this turn, so no flip risk. (26-11)
@Avaris:
-Cav kills Spear. (27-11)
-Cav kills Spear, captures Avaris. (28-11)The Egyptians have been destroyed.
-Found Orlando, Tacoma, and Santa Fe in what used to be Egypt.
-Cav kills barb warrior. (29-11)
-Cav kills barb warrior, takes camp. (30-11)
-decrease lux to 0% and increase science to 90%.
Endturn notes:
-planned cities:
-In the north:
[Note: There is saltpeter on the Tula dot.]
-In the south:
[Note: On the dot sandwitched between the four cities, the settler is in position]
-If you want to, slightly change the position of or delete these dots.
-I have not yet rid the cities of specialists- can you do this for me?
-Who is out next target?
-and here's the
save.
