My ideas for a Civ4 X-Pack

Playing civilization with Scientific and Philosophical traits would entitle as "King or Queen of Science"(Martin Prince or Lisa Simpson wannabe) just as Babylon traits from Civ3 contribute as "King of Culture"

BTW, Koreans' UU, Hwacha would probably replace a seige unit between the catapult and cannon, while Ottoman Sipahi probably classify as anti-gunpowder cavalry unit.

You know, there should be at least one or two civ leaders who would possess unique air or navy unit.
 
I'd love to see a Vaccination Program as a National Wonder, available after Medicine.
Obviously, this would be a Civ-wide health improvement...but I'll leave the Health bonus specifics to those who are better able to judge what would be balanced.
 
The Norse UU should be a longboat, which is a galley replacement and can cross ocean.
The scientific trait of +10% science is rather overpowered. Four free techs and cheaper libraries would be plenty of benefit.
 
Agricultural trait wasn't mentioned in this thread. Perhaps this trait would benefit the workers to irrigate farmers and scrub fallout 50% faster, and gives discount on grocers, and supermarket.

Adding +1 food on city tiles that could produce more than 2 foods might be way too powerful including an expansive trait combined together.
 
I would rather see Ethiopia than the Zulu.
