It may be a wise thing to join our two nations together. Europe at this moment is split between many more powerful empires then ourselves. A Bulgarian-Romanian Empire will do good to improve our status in the world.

We can have a double governemtn. Both nations will have a say in what we should do. That way neither can out rule the other. What do you say?
