the screen is not frozen. i can still move the cursor around. But hte probelm is fixed. I usualled install the mods in c:\programfiles\firaxis\....\bts\mods. but when i move the mods folder to my documents it is working fine now. nice game so far!!

Yes, I'm having the same problem. No toolbars at all. I tried everything and could not get them back.
Actually, that's a higly unusual way to install a mod. (If I try it, the mod simply doesn't show up.)
Anyway, I have some bad news: after trying several maps, I seem to constantly getting a CTD after civ selection. I'll try again later, but right now I'm stuck.

About maps, yes I underthestand that you will always have ctd,most probebly it must be created complitly new map..I dont think that my mod will work with any other map...you saw rhye message

About mod and instalation I wreally dont know....some people can play when they install in C dir,and some people only can play when is in my doc games bts mods..and some people dont have any trouble with mod..Ialways instal mods in my doc and I can play normaly every mod here
About 700 people download this mod but only few of them report some problems with toolbar I simply dont get it..Ican play mod with no bugs at all
So all you people who download this mod please report any bug or please report if you can play this mod normaly!!!

A igrao sam samo jedan put, kao moj komp je baš slab i nemože da gone RevDCM (samo kakvih 20 runda).

I am going in Belgrade for a few days and when I come back I will probebly upload much better and more stable version

I have not had any interface problems yet. I have trouble with the Rise of Mankind Megapak on XP, but my Vista version runs good. Someday I need to learn how to do this stuff, right now I'm enjoying everyone's creations. That's the beauty of this game - the mods...

I installed the mod as I have with all other mods; C:\Program Files\Firaxis\...
and I have no interface at all. I downloaded the mod again in case it was a bad download and installed it in C:\My Documents\My Games\Beyond The Sword\Mods and the same thing happened. I have WinXP with SP3.

I am wreally sorry man I dont know how to help you,I am tottaly confused couse some people play mod normaly and some people cant play at all...I wreally dont know why
But I am working on new version and I can promise that there will be no bugs and I am planing to relase new version next week.
