I just wanted to point out that when the American flag is hung vertically, the field of stars should be in the upper left-hand corner rather than the upper right-hand corner. But it looks like a damn cool mod (other than that).

Hello everyone!!
This mod DOESENT HAVE any custom maps or scenarios it is yust simple mod...I dont think that this mod is playeble with any map couse it contains nations like syria,lebanon,sudan...(I think that you must have all the nations in mod and in map to be playeble...I think I didnt see that Rhye's maps but I will chek it out or pm the guy who made those maps)
I use smart map script and I can play normally...I am in industrial era and have no bugs yet..only ctd becouse of ram memory,but I play with 30 nations on map(I have dual core something 3,21ghz and 3gb ram,nvidia 9000something)

I must sound stupid now but I dont know about what maps are you all saying but I will update myself now...

Can you all play this mod normally with out that maps?

For example, Rhye's maps with random civs are working fine with History in the Making mod, despite HitM have non-standard civs. A map can make CTD if it has resource or terrain or civ's unit that are non-supported by the mod. For me it's strange to play a realistic modern world mod at a non-Earth map.

I think that if people want to play my map with your mod, the map has to be adapted first with the new civs and, most importantly, the correct number of civs in the game

I read some tutorials about making custom map for mod but it looks very hard to me...

Fantastic mod, really enjoying playing this one. I had kind of gotten a little bored with Civ but it's reignited my interest.

Only one thing I would ask if you are doing any future updates, sort out the UK - you have the British flag, but call it the English Civilization - your alienting the Scots, Welsh and Northern Irish on this one.

If I have time I'll try and have a look to see if I can make an 18 civ Huge Earth map (currently working on a 34 civ scenario for Bronze Steam and Tears). There are several maps that can be modified to work for Nations in War, I've noticed, so it definitely can be done.

I have the same feeling about civ 4 and then I discover OVERLORD2 by KELDATH and everything comes back

Hey man I wreally dont know what to tell you,can you please load mod and than when you are on map prees B on your notepad so the setller can build city,make couple of turns and than save game by presing ESC on your notepad..I think that you we be able to save game and please sand me savegame.I will try to load on my computer and see what is it!!

Please people who download this mod do you have any problems with this???

I had the same problem. You should reinstall Beyond The Sword: That fixed my problem.

p.s It is problem that happened several times in the main game and in mods.
It should'nt do something with your mod.

i have installed this mod, and it looks very good. unfortunately it probably didnt installed correctly. when i play the game i cannot get very far. When another nation contacts me, i cannot respond. for example when another ask me to change civic, i can see my options for responds, but i cannot click on them. It doesnt bring me back to the game screen so i am stuck in a conversation that i cannot end. Does anybody has any similar experiences or know the solution to it?

What do you mean by "probably didnt installed correctly"?
Must be my doc-my games-beyond the sword-mods,not in C directory.
As I underthestand you can play normal but after some time you got frozen screen..that hapeend to me in base game and in other mods when I play with large number of nations and I have prety much fast computer...
What graphic card do you have?,RAM...
Can you after the frozen screen happend load auto save game and did that happend after you load auto save game again?
Can you send me save game so that I can check on my comp?

Imrahiel have some problems probebly becouse he didnt install mod coretly but he says that he solve his problem by reinstalling bts...
Can you now play normal this mod?
