Hrochland, would you please reskin my Lake Baikal model to blend in better with the tundra so it can be used? I'm no good at that. Thanks!

Wait, scratch that; it's too intricate for me to do it justice. Maybe an expert can work on it?
 
Where I can download your Bajkal model? It I can solve easy. I can add into mesh alpha properties and let melt edge of model . Then blends better with the surroundings.

About Pamukkale. A beautiful piece of nature. When I'm home alone and I have peace , I will make on. I really like it.

do you think you can do the same for my models in the mod? Uluru and sugarloaf look fine but they do not blend well with terrain, i think they will look much better if they did

It is not complicated procedure. Send my links for models I can add alpha properties for you too :)

Bajkal Downloaded, 2,8Mb ??? Too big. Must wink on at home. Here in bussines I have not right programs for nifs :( Yesterday I made Pamukkale model and UV layer. When I will have free time will make Texture :)

Next week I will add Nature rock door. Model from "Pravčická brána" - Czech republik :)
 
Just a thought ... Lake Baikal as a small model does not look good . I propose to make a 2x3 water plot as lake and in paste via python a unique resource of salmon. This resource appears on the map once in Lake Baikal .
 
problem with that system is it becomes very hardcoded. It would probs be better to have the feature as opposed to code, of course if the feature itself was salmon the spawn conditions for the lake could be that it is a fresh water lake and then put the salmon in it
 
It is smaller than I would like, but I think a regular lake tile would be all wrong and there's no way to make a feature spread over two tiles. Concession to Reality?
 
Hmm, just add the feature to 2 adjacent tiles?
Similar to how Great Barrier Reef looks like in CiV
 
wouldn't that mean more difficult art? plus it becomes more hardcoded as I said, you would have to have if wonder is lake: do alternate code...
 
Artwise is not my problem :D
If it is really very famous and makes sense to have it in bigger than 1 tile, then it may be worth it to make an exception
 
Artwise it would be a pain, and no way i could get that to work, maybe Hrochland could but im sure even for an expert like him it would be beyond difficult

It would most likely be easier to just have it on one plot and make it bigger so it looks like its on more than one, those code it to make sure the codes it covers is also land
 
still hardcoded... The more hard coding the worse it gets :(

the two solutions I see:

1) make the actual feature a salmon and have it spawn in a lake tile
2) make the feature one tile, size it is currently and then set the condition to be land only

personally I think method one is good as it makes sense that a lake is on a lake tile, but then it would mean it could be in a lake that is bigger than one tile

but if you want I will make the code for a special exception when everything is ready for it
