Natural Wonders of the world

I think migration is a separate question which should be allowed but restricted. A natural wonder would incourage people to come to the city from another as would high culture, but when the migrants arrived they would have to work to provide food.

I think this would be way, way too cheesy if it were to be implemented with actual real life natural wonders. I mean, it's okay to have your Eiffel Tower in Beijing or something, because the whole point of the game is to recreate history, or resimulate it, or whatever. But having a Great Barrier Reef next to Russia or the Himalayas in Holland would be a step too far. It's not something in history that you could change.

I'd be for this to a limited extent, supposing the names where made more generic, though (like the corporation names are generic). Just have, like, 'the Alps' and 'Reef' or something.

You could name the natural wonder after the leader eg "Victoria Falls" "khan's Reef" etc. Or after city name.

What is the difference between having the Great Barrier Reef next to Russia and Having the Eiffel Tower in Beijing? I agree for wonders with a name associated with their location, but few of them are named for their location.

Natural wonders are features of geography rather than features of human achievement. The game isn't about being able to re-simulate where famous geographical features appear on the map, but it is about being able to re-simulate the creation of features of human achievement.

Whats the differance between discovering that you have the most beautiful accessible waterfall that brings in gold after a certain tech and discovering that you have aluminium

Nothing, and that is a good way of doing it. What I'm saying is not so good is naming those waterfalls 'Niagra Falls', when they are most likely not going to be in North America, because such a continent will not exist on almost all maps. It's only a trivial matter, I'm arguing, really.

Jungles should make diplomatic relations with environmentalist nations better, like you preserved your nature +2 or you are holding the destruction of the nature +3

Would it depend on the size of the jungle - say min dimension three tiles. What about temperate forest - say min dimension four tiles

Sorry I did not make my self clear.

The game would chose from the cities near waterfalls, which had the best waterfall when a cert tech was reached.

nah, you were clear, it's just that someone said something about voting on where niagara falls would be and i guess they deleted or something.
