Well, since the patch, i cant get any naval vessels to fire their cruise missiles (see my more naval realism thread). There is no bombard button. If the missile is land-based, the bombard is there.
Damn shame, cuz cruises missiles were really effective in city bombardment (unlike planes, which are still crap).
Any enlightment would be most appreciated.
It also appears that to effect changes in the game with the civ3mod.bic file, u have to restart the game, ie, u have to exit and re-start. Very frustrating and time-consuming.
