@all: (...) means that you are not forced to use that word. Latin is a very flexible language. On I shield I wouldn't write "est".

1. tuteme??? Control, it doesn't seem to be a Latin word.

2. Literally "Mors omnibus nostris veniet", but i'd prefer "Mors aequa nos omnes tanget" (Death equally will touch us all) which is similar to a Virgil's line.

It's pretty uncommon, but I've encountered it from time to time used as an intensifier for "te". As to origins or why it gets used, I have no idea.
