Need help on Emperor(scientifically)

I'm barely restraining myself from automating all workers. I'll do it eventually though.
I have like 13 cities with 12 pops and 7-8 of those citizens work as scientists, making a great contribution.
2 turns to complete Theory of Evolution. I have researched Sanitation and Motorized Transportation. I made peace with India, many countries(including the most powerful India and Persia in war against each other) are in war.
I have temples in every city(to fill in the gaps) and my landscape percentage is very high right now.
Hopefully I'll invade Zulus tomorrow, or if I play the game again today.
Right now there is only 1 civ that I'm weak against, and its Persians. To everyone else, I'm strong.
Oh, I sent a ship with 5 cavalries and an infantry to Spain. They have 4-5 cities on their main island, and another city just next to me, so I'll invade them and conquer them, like in 1 turn.

DOMESTIC: Capital is boosted with workers to 20 population, and I mined a lot of its squares to minimize growth(couldn't stop the growth) and maximize production, it produces 101 shields a day, pretty good I say. Last game my capital had 100 shields. I'll build a nuclear here to get more shields, I'll build it in capital only. I'm going to have hoover dam anyway, so every city will have hydro plants. Apart from that, I planted some cities in the tundra, and irrigated everywhere except my productive cities.
TRADE: I'm trading stuff to lesser countries, like England, Hittites, Greece, and America. I'm trading rubber and other luxes to India, because they are in big trouble and I don't want other countries to take their land. We have 5 aluminum in our lands btw.
MILITARY: We haven't build ANY troops after the war with the chinese, we are waiting for synthetic fibers for MA's and computers for MI's. Our productive cities are making buildings, when they finish, they will build bombers. 4 countries are attacking India and they have taken 3-4 cities from them.
SCIENCE: I finished researching Theory of Evolution, and got Flight and Atomic Theory. Researched Electronics after that, and jumped on to Modern Era. Researched Rocketry, started working on Recycling. Idea is to get MA's, MI's, and stealth bombers.

After invading Zululand, I researched Synthetic Fibers and invaded Egypt. Modern Armors kick ass, they kill at least 3 attackers before dying, and I have 10 cities that I pop up MA's every 2 turns. I produced 3 leaders from the war against Zulu, and filled them with MA's, they are on the field too. My cavalry armies are, too, on the field, though I'm letting them die, I don't need them anymore.

Hey thanks man! This emperor game has improved my gaming a lot, and I have learnt tons of things from it. It seems to me that I knew nearly nothing before...
Huge map is huge, alright. I have conquered my island and there were Germans, Aztecs, me, Babylonians, Zulus, Chinese, and Japanese here. Managing workers is a pain in the butt. Also, war weariness
I hate ww but republic's commerce bonus is just too good to pass on.After I have conquered Egypt, I will take Spain, and then England, and hopefully my game will be finished by then. Will update with victory soon!

I'm more worried about Persia invading my newly conquered Egyptian lands, he invaded with a guerilla, 4 infantries and a mech infantry. I will have no trouble with land units, but Persia has bombers as well as naval units, so I should start making naval and air units of my own, or at least, some wheeled SAM's.
He has upgraded the main "3 frigates and a galleon" AI form however, he came with a destroyer, 2 battleships and a transport.
After Persia invading my lands, I did an invasion of 6 MA's next to Persia(newly captured India) myself, made RoP and MpP's with every nation except Persia. Before Persia attacked me, I got attacked by Mongols! They killed my 6 MA's, and my great leader I just produced there, and I killed like 20 cavalries and 20 medieval infantries. Persia did attack me, captured a stupidly undefended city of mine, and moved with the invading troops of his.
I killed the invaders, needless to say, and got back my city.
I call this the world war.
