Im typicly the builder-type and dont enjoy war as much since the fubar placement of cities the AI does. If I go to war I usually raze 50% or more of their cities and build new ones ;P

Usual leaders: Pericles or Willem. Also Done Lious XIV a couple of times too many.

Now, I request some ideas to why I should play with a certain leader ect (as u can see, I kinda addicted to Creative, get me of the junk please)! Also I dont play for a Win, so heard about culture bomb'ing cities, how boring doesnt that sound just to win a cultural win! ;)

Huayna Capac: you can alleviate his lack of the Creative trait with his ease at building Stonehenge and/or his terraces.
Ramsses: Look at Obsolete's games. Fun stuff.
I also like Augustus Caesar (I think)--his industrious trait gives an easier time of getting the Pyramids for Respresntaion, his UB gives more GP points and his UU just pwnz0rz. However, he is a little cheap.
Either of the English queens: Financial and a UB with more gold, and a very good UU.
Zara Yaqub seems good for a culture win; I haven't tried yet.
That's...6 leaders?

Pericles is a favorite of mine too... odd, since I'm not really partial to the Creative trait. I also like Alexander a lot. (Maybe I just like phalanx, eh?) If you want to try out different leaders, use a random leader, and that'll force you to use different strategies.

I usually raze quite a few cities too when I go to war... not all of them, but often boarder cities (I don't usually play Creative) or cities that seem like a waste of space. I just thought it was odd that you said that you didn't like war because of the AI's city placement - I don't like the AI's city placement either, but I love war!

Anyway... if you want to stay as a builder avoiding war as much as possible, but don't want to play the Creative trait, then I think REXing would be important especially in the early game. Therefore, you may want to try an ORG / FIN combo (Darius) or someone along those lines. (personally, I prefer ORG over FIN for REXing if I had to choose between the two traits.)
