Heres why i voted for Jasons Babylon for Winner. Every turn, his economy would grow with atleast 1 level, he had a legendary army with a legendary training level. A huge navy, largest in the mediterranean, and several powerful allies.

Azale, I did plenty, i fought in two world wars with Persia. Just cus it wasn't me who started the war, doesnt mean i didnt do anything. I would have if it wasnt for that.

Stalin, you got me 2 of them, Iran and Kazar. And I was gone for 9 days, so you didn't do much in that way.

If i didnt involved the germans, then carthage would have destroyed Judea real quick, and I would have had no allies. I did not know Judea would get pissed too, lol.

bah not just like Hellfish. I started my country on the way to glory. I instigated a war which we shudve won but germany collapsed patheticly and well I had started building up my economy education and culture
