:
yes, you can airlift armys to anywere in the world!!... no wait... heres the new rule.
everyone can have up to 10 armys now, not 9, i made it 10, so that everyone can build 1.. yes only one, special army, "expeditionary forces".
this special army can have no more than 15,000 troops.
they can be airlifted anywhere in the world w/ a few exeptions:
they can only land in friendly territory
they need to be by a friendly city to be airlifted again.
you cant increase numbers, trainibility or equipment while outside your territory
(specialty is the only exeption, for example if russia has troops helping colombia, they can have the jungle specialty)
nobody has a "expeditionary force" army, so you must create it like the other ones.
anotehr thing -
china, your soccer team is not giving you any confidence bonus... your aproval rating is taking a dive down, it is one of your national objectives to help cuba, you have a defence pact w/ them.
another thing, you can research whatever u want... but they really have no effect in the game, but you can use it on story-line.
and thirdly....:
doing what india is doing (helping a nation who has made an international plead for help), will increase approval rating, and might receive monetary presents and aid from neutral nations and private organisations as a way of thanking u.

Miroslav sipped his vodka in the luxurious hotel rented by his own nationalist party. The coup had been succesful, and tonight, Moscow alight and buried in a frenzy of activity, Miroslav was going to enjoy his first night as the ruler of his motherland. The room was full of guests, enjoying the luxuries of the 21st century and discussing politics and personal matters. His most trustful generals were all there, along with bodyguards and advisors, plus the most important and rich men and women in all of Russia. Peering outside the windown 135 floors down at the ground he noticed masses commuting from their work to the homes. It was much later than usual, but with the importance of the day, nobody should've been surprised. The police, now fully controlled by Rasko Ivanov, were helping to avoid the state of total panic that most fealt was imminent.
"Miroslav, I got news"
Apparently Ivan had just arrived from the intelligence department.
"Speak friend" Miroslav said patting the old comrade on the back.
"It's the Americans, they plan to take over Cuba and establish a democracy"
Miroslav frowned. Russia was a republic too, but an America meddling in foreign affairs was something most unhealthy for the world. Besides, Cuba was an old friend. How would it look, if he, Miroslav, the new savior of Russia, declaered himself in favor of an old enemy intruding on past comrades?
