The 4th and 1st are to group together, the 4th is trained in Jungle warfare so they will lead the force, the 1st will be backup. Head to the major cities in the center, and then to the captial. The 5th and 3rd will do the same, just head alongt the Eastern cities and take the rural communitees.

Recruit the Afrikan Corps Expeditionary Force. They are to consist of 15,000 troops.

To be honest that until cuba has had its say we must not jump to conclusions. Communism+Democracy Black People+White People just cos your ancestors had a war with communism doesnt mean you have to.... Just cos your ancestors shuned black people from society dont mean you have to.... Just because me the "democracy" is siding with the "communism" dont mean i am doing anything wrong. Please remember that we are all humans in the end and just cos cuba happens to be the last communist society left in NA dont mean you have to kill them off.

I also suppose that in the end you will attack china for being the biggest capitalist, communist country in the world

Overall: the point to all this is that if cuba doesnt want to be a democracy (which i doubt it will) if russia is willing we can hand over cuba to put under russian control .... if it objects to that also india will keep its troops in cuba
