national emergency conscription
if your homeland is being invaded by a large force and u desperately need forces, this can be done, (no, if you are invading someone or are not in true desperation u cant do it, contact me b4 u put it on ur orders, after a call for conscription is done, there must be 5 turns before you can do it again.)
you will get 2,500 conscripts for every army defeding the homeland.
PANAMA, THE JEWEL OF CENTRAL AMERICA.
Bolivar forces continue moving north, it is known of their research and spy missions to give them an advantage in a conflict, but no real political tensions have come from it, perhaps they are just training to better aid panama from an invasion.
The Russian expeditionary force has returned to panama from russia after extensive training and more troops added to it.
SATO military training continues in the north.
the largest SATO training operations north of their country are to beggin soon, these are to be the largest ones ever! bolivar govt officials beggin to suspect as they have lasted for quite some time and they get closer and closer to the border.
ISRAEL:
Israeli defence forces beggin to dig in as the arab armys gather in the middle east and head for jerusalem, the israeli govt. pleads to teh world for military aid or diplomatic presure.

operation Lucy:
soth african forces have stormed in the southern section of the former pan african nations and gained much territory, however, the season rain storms of august has slowed the troops somewhat.
SEATO mobilisation:
heavy mass naval and military movements have appeared in the yellow sea, this as the annual tradition of fleet festivities start.
the fall of mexico:
after a full scale operation, the south african/american forces have destroyed all resistance in mexico and eliminated its leaders.
