Not long ago, all of Panama was under protection of Russian troops. Russian troops guarded Panama from being overrun by imperialist powers such as you and the initial BDL regime, who had already publically split it into your seperate areas of influence. Then we were faced with a crisis in our own continent, and had to unfortunatly withdraw our expeditionary forces. We regret the day we did so.

Panama has since sunken into warfare and turmoil that would've seemed unheard of under Russian peacekeeping. Now that we finally have a tiny peace of Panama back from you imperialists, we refuse to disband the people that have declared their belief and hopes in us again.

How can you send such a letter to our friends in the north? Yes so we saw a chance and jumped on it. So what has your own nation not anexed multiple nations? is the green blob on our maps just poor artistary? We do belive this is a true case of the kettle calling the pot black.

OOC: Can we use ROP's to train in allied territory ( eg USA gets jungle trainin in Bolivia or Brazil whilst SATO and BDL get artic trainin in Alaska?)

Basically a pretty big war was fough between the EU,US,BDL(hellfish) and SATO was fought over the Panama canal. Russia came in on the side of SATO and they invaded Alaska. Peace has been made between US, BDL and SATO Russia and the US are still fighting.

Earlier China lost a war to USEAS over North Korea. USEAS is allied with Russia and India. China has no alliances right now.

Completely different. For one, our annexations actually had historical reasoning behind them, as opposed to such brilliant moves as the USA's annexation of Mexico. Second, our campaigns only took place after the agressive movements of other nations, i.e., your allies. Most imporantly however, is the fact that the newly acquired provinces of Russia were not claimed by any other country, whereas you took one of the most important strategic locations for the whole world for absolutely no reason.

This my diplo to SATO on the third page it was not splitting Panama between but recgonzing our spheres of influnce "North of Panama" not North Panama for us and South for them.

Firstly you are foolish to continue this war and untill peace is signed with the USA we will be forced to continue to fight you. Secondly by whom was panama claimed? I expect you were hoping to secure it for yourself

yes it is possible, altough, i never noticed, but the victorian league has actually 15,000 troops, as the limit is always 15,000 for expedtitionary forces.

the victorian league has been able to have specialtys in most of terrains as they can train from the artic circly in canada, to the deserts in australia, to the jungles of their pacific islands.

but nations like the BDL cannot really get artic training as they dont own land in the artic. or the UIS cant get jungle training... as there are not many jungles in the mideast/northafrica.

Our conditions for pulling out of the Americas are simple. We want 5 credits from the USA and compensation from SATO for betraying us when we came to help and signing to a peace we didn't agree to (Including terms directly involving Russian troops!). The USA has agreed to perliminary payment of 5 credits. If SATO agrees to compensation, we will have peace.

nope, if you have a treaty w/ lets say russia, and u send ur troops there for a couple of turns, u can train ur troops to artic training
