At 15.00 a month, it's slightly more expensive, but I could totally see a NESer corp in EVE Online. It strikes me as a slightly more 'mature' MMO than WoW, since the median age is about 26, as opposed to the 12 or 13 of most other online games.

Here's my recommendation for a civ3 game. Let's just do a regular civ3 conquests PBEM to start. That way we can figure out any technical difficulties or other issues which may occur. Keep it simple now. Who wants in? I'll set it up on my computer once we have everyone signed up. It would be fantastic if we could get a full game. Of course if we could get a full game on sim. moves, that could be fun too. Midnight EST is looking like the best time.
As for Starcraft, is there any particular good time for anyone out there to play? midnight EST is looking like a good start time.

Dibs on America. Anyone on know up for attempting an IP game (found to be more stable IMO) right now? We can set up a PBEM game as well for a larger group.
hell, why not throw me in as well for civ4 BTS? I suck terribly, but might as well give it a shot. Can't get better if you dont play.

I have Civ4 and would love to play, but stupidly left it in my truck which is now 2 hours from here in a shop being repaired.

I'll get BTS and play with you guys too. Are we going to RP actual nations and write stories and diplo with each other too? I find that to be fun, that's how my brother and friends play with me when we do hot seat.

I'm with bestshot, throwing a little bit of NESing in with civ4 could be fun. Especially since it seems we mostly suck.
I've yet to win a game over Chieftan. However, I've played a bunch of Hotseat games with people who suck on Noble with no AI.

I agree with this with both civ3 and civ4 games.
