NES Directory

the neses u have listed started before i even joined

This is like a NES museum or monument... like some war memorial with the names of all the fallen/missing soldiers... Thinking of how many soldiers (not to mention civilians! Genocide, anyone?) have died through the hundreds of NESes on this forum, it fits the comparison perfectly!

Do you like gore? It is a dangerous fetish.

The thing is... if we make a machine and stuff halflings into it, it would be the modern gnomeling burger!

*cough* you were talking about battlefields.

My PC will undergo a very significant upgrade in a week or two. Dating sims and Battlefield 2!!! I was thinking some semi-avantgarde ... oh hey this is a NES directory isn't it? OK, salvage the post.

NESER LORE!!

NESers never die!!

Oh I'll make a page for you on wikipedia.

It was freeform then it turned into loose-style stat.based storytelling with a central controller.

From here on it will most likely die out.

I vote ZPNES greatest NES ever.

*kills Toteone with appropriate medieval weapon, probably a crossbow or flail*

But really, someone needs to make a second installment, going to early 2005.

NO DONT YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT IT

:p
seriously if we were to do it, why not do it as a group?

This really needs to be updated...

And yes, I realize people have been saying that for the last 2-3 years.

Does someone with free time and uber-code skills (Erik? Symphony?) want to update this?

What bloody nonsense is this about "uber-code skills" anyway? It's called notepad and the tab-key. :p You use preview a few times to make sure it all lines up and you win. It's not very hard. I'm busy with other things anyway, so no dice.

It should be significantly easier now that we have the option to sort by thread start time--you just change the options so that it's all on one page, copy and paste, and format it.

I can't do that right now, but surely someone can?

EDIT: Here is the relevant link. Unfortunately, you can only display 200 threads at once. All someone needs to do is pull out the actual NESes, add some data, and format.

Okay lets work out the format
