NES Directory

A few of those weren't NESes, like NK's 'Pure NES', or any 'Pre-NES'. But otherwise I cannot take away from some excellent work.

Awesome job!

Nice work.

I really hate how Americans have to switch everything around when it really should be DD/MM/YYYY as thats how the REST OF THE WORLD does it!

Okay, so I've taken out 'Pre-THNES'.

Just to clarify, bolded entries are current NESes, and italicized entries are NESes that are about to die, are on hold, or have questionable status.

I would have changed it, since it looked strange to me, but I didn't want to have to redo the stuff that Plexus already did. Maybe that could be finished after we've decided upon how we should add more details to the directory.

IMO, it should be YYYYMMDD, so that it gets alphabetized correctly. This is how most webcomics already name their images for sorting, so it's not just my odd idea.

For right now, at least, I think we should stick to straight chronological order with the structure set up by Plexus.

@adherence- It should have been, but it never started.
Well, four different people with ten stories, most of them quite lengthy. I think that qualifies as a NES, if not a really short one.

what about creating a new way for counting years and days :p.. if Jesus and Muhammad had their own, so should NESing

:p :p lol..

General Notice Regarding Transcription: do not take Plexus' listing of titles as canon, many of them contract the title, acronym it, or feature inaccurate capitalization or other punctuation.

Example: "NES - A Return To Our Roots" is entered as "NES-RTOR".

If you are moving data to the wiki, actually go and check the titles to make sure they're accurate. If you're too lazy to add new information but bored enough to in some way edit, you can go back and check what's already up. Also, many of his dates seem iffy, eg: #36 which opens one day and closes the next. This data should also be checked. Generally, if there is no update, that can be chalked up as D.O.A.

He's also sometimes out of sequence: eg: #44 and #45.

I'm impressed. My horrible joke of a first attempt at a NES is actually on here. One of the two NESes I ever did anything in before leaving. Interesting.

Another random note, I see my abysmal failure that was my first nes. Heaven forbid the rest of you seeing it...

That fresh start where I unleashed the curse of Saraza on you?

No NES with Saraza in it has survived beyond 3 updates.

Joseph actually took over modding the nes after I gave up. It's just a period of history I really rather people not see :p *shivers*

Yes Thlayli, there is a reason I will never mod again as many of you will seek to gain revenge after all those PMs of questions ;)

My Nes got over looked i think :(

This needs updating...

In other parts of the Internet, a picture of an owl with the words "O RLY?" would suffice as a response to that.

Which one is that?

What Alex said, I'd rather not people see that abomination, although if you must it shouldn't be that hard to find.
