Maybe it will make more sense for it to be one per foreign nation? I mean, you can't expect a superpower to limit its technological assistance to just one nation at a time.

While a pettier ruler than myself might have been alarmed or even offended by your recent diplomatic initiatives in the Balkans, I myself do firmly believe that the heirs of Imperial Rome should not squabble amongst each other. Instead, I propose that we settle our differences and focus on supporting each other's interests in key areas.

If you are interested, then we could arrange a diplomatic conference to work out a treaty of friendship and cooperation (read: I'll PM you what I have in mind right now). Barring that, I do hope that we could settle on a more modest bilateral non-aggression pact.

Russia did not know (and does not know why it wasn't labeled as such) that these nations were vassals of your Empire. We had felt to take on the role of a father-nation figure to these states based on ethnic ties. We are interested in seeing what proposal you may have for us, until then we would like to refrain from signing any other agreements.

while looking at the map, I noticed some things.

what happened to cause Britain to keep Nova Scotia and New Brunswick (2 of the 4 founding provinces), Anticosti (the island in the St. lawrence belonging to Quebec), and PEI? I understand Newfoundland and Labrador, but what changed that here, (especially NS and NB). Canada would not have been anything like what it is without NS and the southern maritimes.

no, you can send as many Pms on regards to stories as you need to send.

The only reason i have the 'one pm' rule is to ensure that people dont send me 3 or 4 revised forms of orders, making me adjust the update accordingly. Plus, if you are writing more than one pm, you are giving me a lot of trivial information.

During great wars i might relax the rule as to allow 2 pms. but not on peace time

ah, if it really bothers you that much you should have told me before the nes started i didnt noticed until you pointed it out.

Well here is the "story":
Canada gained independence after England lost the great war, but independence was to be given slowly, territories at a time. In fact Nova Scotia was meant to be the only British enclave. However as the Fascists took over, they changed their mind and kept their military garrison. Because Canada didnt want to lose their independence or fight a long war, they accepted things as they were. So through diplo, or money, or war do they want it back. maybe. depends on you. I hope that satisfies the problem

So if you want to write a long story, or commentary, just tell me and ill post it. same story rules apply, only write of current events or things that already happened, not how you won something that hasent been resolved

i got a good orders turnout! . i have a midterm tommrow morning, so i cant work on the update tonight. so this one time ill give an extra couple of hours of grace period to receive orders.
