1) Serbia, Bulgaria, Albania, and Romania are no longer vassals of the Ottoman Empire
2) See map for land transfers.
3) A state of Armenia will be created from lands currently under Russian occupation .
4) Referendums will be held in Hejaz and Hasa to determine if they are to join with the Arabs and French respectively.
5) Russia will pay the Ottomans 5 pp in reparations and France 1 pp
6) The Russian and French governments formally apologize for starting the war.

Is called diplomacy. That said, it's not all that much of a defeat if a nation as unfortunate as the Ottoman Empire gets pummeled from all directions and survives, not to mention keeps Constantinople.
