NES World/Regional Maps Requests Thread

Really? I thought Beleriand was a land to the north, not a modified Middle Earth... Didn't Sauron flee south to Middle Earth when Melkor was defeated?

One of these days I may open a Middle-Earth NES, although I'll need to know alot more about the Political situation of Middle-Earth of various times!

I can help with those political situations.

Beleriand was west of what you know as Middle-Earth. It sank at the end of the First Age after the War of Wrath. The only remnants left above water as of LotR are Tol Himling (Himring), Tol Fuin (Dorthonion/Taur-nu-Fuin) and Lindon (Ossiriand). Sauron fled south because Beleriand was north and west of where Mordor later was.

EDIT -- For nations you should specify a time period -- most importantly, before Dagor Bragollach (Translated: Battle of Sudden Flame), between Dagor Bragollach and Nirnaeth Arnoediad (Translated: [Battle of] Unnumbered Tears) or after Nirnaeth Arneodiad.

If you look to the west of the Shire you see Ered Luin. That was the eastern border of Beleriand.

Well this has taken off in a unanticipated direction. Search for David Eddings on google and you should find the book series i mean.

The main problem with Belgariad is the map wouldn't have very many features. btw, are you looking for the map from Belgariad or the larger one from Malloreon?

can anyone make a mediterian map? with middle east up to west persia, north until denemark and south british islands (also ireland please), and down to arabia, and whatever in africa equals to arabia in the line...

no jj he didn't, thats a europe map... It does not have arabia, or as south as north ethiopia in it, espaicaly if you want Egypt in there it barly jas the northern parts of the egyptian empire...

well, that is what i meant by Mediterranean map. I think its close enough. Ill edit it when iget home tho.

Or another idea I heard somewhere, a world where North Africa and Ethiopia-Somalia (Horn of Africa) are still connected to the old world, but the rest of Africa is merged with South America which is to the east from its real site

This map, please. I think it'd be a real cool map.

Hey im Back.This time i need a Custom Map the size of the ones we use for World NES's like a Fresh Start. But i dont want another world map. Several continents would be nice some should be linked but not all. Islands would be apreciated.
