Yes, Madagascar claims no land. However, I suggest, in order to make sure Brazil never threatens the world again, we divide into two, seperate states. Brazil and Suriname. We had two nuclear weapons in our arsenal. We offewed for them to go to Madgascar and they refused. The nukes were then stolen. At the same time we constructed another 4 nuclear weapons.

Cleanup at Brisbane in continuing, and compensation is to be paid by the Oceanian government to all families of the victims. In Java the Civil War of Oceania continues and with Arabian entry to the war it may turn to even more bloddy warfare.

In the end I point out the facts. Oceania is operating an open dialogue with New Zealand trying to regain our unification. Java also has been invitd to rejoin the nation or will be forced to do so. No sovergeign nation would allow a part of their territory to declare independence.

Futhermore we also point out the fact that Arabia invaded Egypt and now it seeks to invade Arabia. Germany's embargo futhermore threatens to qweaken the Oceanian government. If you do these things you futher promote strife throughout the region and perhaps promote futher nuclear terrorism. We shall investigate for those who destroyed our cities.
