Mein Campf is a book written by hitler, and yes it at a "Very" close look seems like a quote from it.

I do know about "Mein Kampf" (although i never read it), but while Hitler talks about killings other races the Visigoth ambassador talks about killing other religions. Thats a bit differernt.
